Jerry Macnamara stepped into senior leadership at 23 and spent the years that followed as the operator, with the payroll on his desk. He led five companies across manufacturing, internet, and construction.

At Soccer Post, he took revenue from $5.9MM to $15MM in 18 months. The company grew past $25MM, became the second-largest seller of soccer equipment, and made the Franchise 500 three times. At NFFS, he went from $7MM to $30MM in three years; the company landed on the Inc. 5000 twice, earned Best Places to Work, and was named Jacksonville’s fastest-growing company. He sold TotallySoccer. The Jacksonville Business Journal recognized him as an Ultimate CEO.

Today he runs ProvenChaos and has advised 100+ B2B companies, from under $1MM in revenue to just under $1B. He hosts the Best Places to Lead podcast and speaks to founder groups, leadership teams, and association rooms worldwide. Every talk teaches one framework the audience can run Monday morning.

Fee, travel, and A/V

Fee

Keynote engagements start at $10,000. Workshops and multi-session days are quoted on scope. Tell me the format and I will give you a number.

Travel

A flat $1,500 for domestic events, billed with the fee. No receipts to chase after your event. International is quoted with the date.

A/V

Standard presentation setup. A screen or TV, PowerPoint, a clicker, and a lavalier or headset mic. Slides go to you in advance. No rider.
