It made my heart hurt.
“I can’t” is a horrible response driven by a mindset that has surrendered power. Negative mindsets stunt evolution and innovation. It leads to decay.
Everything I know about business tells me that the company who says, “I can’t” will always be displaced by the upstart who says, “I will.”
There is always a way. It just depends on how hard you’re willing to continue to fight for your customer.
